Few concepts are as little understood as the concept of Wu-Wei (pronounced "Woo Way"). Sometimes translated as going with the flow, Wu-Wei literally means something like not-doing or doing nothing. Nowadays, the concepts of Non-Resistance and Non-Attachment come closest to the original concept of Wu-Wei. Buddhist psychology considers Non-Attachment and Non-Resistance essential elements in our quest for happiness.
